Application : Floor must be strong , clean, no crack and must be cleaned oil and chemical etc. It should be prime absorbent surfaces before by thomsit R 777 primer not absorbent surfaces by thomsit R 760 primer. It must be added quartz sand or brook sand for between thickness 10,0 – 20,0 mm sand size or 2 mm and between thickness 20.0 – 40,0 mm sand size 0-4 mm ( three rate alum one rate sand ) One pocket thomsit DE 95 plus ( max. 600 r/dk electirical auger ) mixed until air bubble disappear. It must be potected directly sunlight and airly. Thomsit DE 95 plus to be able apply pump. Pump must be cleaned every 30 minutes and this operation must be done until 10 mm thickness 30, 40 lt / m capasity pump over 10 mm thickness 60,80 lt/ min capasity pump.
Attention : Thomit DE 95 plus must not mix other alum. It must be protected high temperature and air. During the application must be turn off the heating systems and must be before 10 days worked. The heating systems could be work 72 hours after the application. This product include cement if the water contact occur alcali reaction. If the contact skin you must be wash water and go to doctor.
